About the Loch Raven Branch |

Located at 1046 Taylor Avenue, the Loch Raven Branch provides a browsing collection which includes everything from best sellers and children's books to magazines, Baby Booster kits, books on CD, music CDs and DVDs. We also provide public access computers which offer internet access as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. In addition, wireless access is available throughout the building. The branch has a meeting room available for booking by community groups and businesses.
The branch offers frequent preschool story times. Each summer, the BCPL Summer Reading Club encourages children to read all summer. Adult volunteers are welcome.

The Friends of the Loch Raven Library seeks to serve the Loch Raven Branch, the surrounding community, and BCPL through advocacy, promotion, and enhancement of branch services, facilities, and available resources.
Events:
The Friends of the Loch Raven Library Guest Speaker Series brings a variety of entertaining and informative guests to the library, and these sessions are free to the public. Check the Loch Raven Branch calendar for more information!
