About the Hereford Branch |

This branch, which opened in 1988, serves the residents of northern Baltimore County. The full-service Hereford Branch offers a variety of materials, programs and services for all ages. Technology resources include free wireless internet access, computer workstations featuring Microsoft Office software, and extensive online research databases. Hereford Branch Advocacy Information available here. Mission Statement:
The Friends of Hereford Library (FOHL), a group of community volunteers, provide supplemental funds for the Hereford Branch of the BCPL. In addition, we sponsor a monthly Book Discussion, work to promote and support library services and are actively advocating for a permanent, expanded Hereford library facility. FOHL meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 PM: new members are always welcome to attend.
